We eat it every day without knowing it. Palm oil has invaded our diet. Biscuits, ready meals, spreads : we find it everywhere. It is inexpensive and easy to use. Yet, doctors and researchers denounce : palm oil can be dangerous for your health. Rich in saturated fatty acids, it can cause cardiovascular diseases : hypertension, heart attack, aneurysm, etc.
