J’ai mangé quelques jours avant le 9.11.15 des coquillages de l’étang de thau et j’ai eu une intoxication alimentaire. Mes analyses étaient trés mauvaises et j’ai été malade plus d’un mois. Les médecins on conclut que la cause de mon intoxication été due au coquillages. Donc les contrôles sanitaire sont trop espacés
En octobre aussi c’était déjà le cas lorsque j’y suis allée
C’est clair
depuis le temps, ils sont déja consommés
