Recall of dry Salamis and sausages dry "Label Rouge".

The company Curing Polette, Teilhède in Oregon, is recalling of its dry sausage and dry sausages 'Label Rouge' because there is a strong suspicion of presence of salmonella.

All lots are affected by this recall. It's the following products :

  • Dry sausage Label red 300g and 250g
  • 400g Label red rosette
  • Sausage dry 300g Red Label

They were marketed between the 01/10/11 and the 15/12/11 under the following brands:

  • Môssieur Polette
  • Our Regions have talent
  • Cora
  • Match at Leclerc
  • Casino
  • Monoprix
  • Match

It is imperative to destroy the product or return it to the store for a refund.
