I drink coca (Red only with sugar) depuis que j'ai environ 15 years, à raison d'1 à 3 liters per day, je n'ai absolument aucuns problèmes de santé, I am thin and muscular, pas de diabète à l'horizon ou de problèmes de coeur (enfin si avec les femmes comme tout le monde ;-) et je trouve dommage de faire des articles qui ne s'appuient sur aucunes preuves scientifiques. C'est un peu comme dire que les jeux vidéos violents rendent les gens violents... Brief, la seule chose qui est vraiment réelle c'est les caries, mes dents sont dans un sale état à force de consommer du sucre H24 (about 16 caries en 25 years). Par contre je ne mange jamais d'aliments sucrés, j'ai horreur des desserts et du chocolat, et le café me rend nerveux donc j'évite. Finalement le coca doit me fournir assez de sucre et d'énergie pour la journée!
