Coca-Cola, a dangerous and carcinogenic drink

Coca-Cola in figures

The Coca-Cola multinationale vend 1,8 billion drinks per day in more than 200 countries of the world ! Every second, 12 600 people buy a Coke product.

Although turnover Coke group declined slightly in recent years, in 2016, it was a more turnover of 39,7 billion euros either, all the same, progression 50 % compared to 2010. Ingredients of Coca-Cola :

Carbonated water ; sugar ; dye : Caramel E150d ; acidifier : phosphoric acid ; natural flavours (plant extracts), including caffeine.

A can of Coca-Cola (33 cl) contains 35 g sugar the equivalent of 7 sugar lumps !

A bottle of 2 L of Coca-Cola contains 212 g sugar the equivalent of 42,5 sugar lumps !

The classic Coca-Cola contains, as we see, a huge amount of sucrose. Too high-dose, sugar can have harmful effects on health and cause of Diabetes, l 'obesity and tooth decays.

Diabetes

  • Non mais les gars faut arréter d'étre parano quand méme ... Since when coca has become a deadly drink ? non but order your delirium. If we were to believe any bullshit like this, on arréterais de manger car dans tel truc y'a des machin, dans d'autre truc y'a sa ... not but stop what.
    I want although its not be top for health, OK, mais de la a nous dire que dans 10ans on vas tous mourir parcqu'on bois du coca ... WHOA. Un peu de coca na jamais fais de mal a personne et je vous met au défi de me trouver quelqu'un qui na JAMAIS bue un verre de coca de sa vie ...
    CERTE must not abuse (c'est comme toute les choses) mais faut savoir se faire plaisir quand méme et arréter de voir le mal partout...

  • Stop coca! C'est ce que je dis depuis presque 1 years. I'm not alone in my entourage, my family, mes amies c'est exactement la même chose. Tout ce qu'il y a dedans est nocif pour la santé. Sugar, la caféine et j'en passe.
    However, la vraie raison de pourquoi j'ai arrêter de boire cette boisson est toute autre. Lors d'un cours en français, My teacher told us about this famous soda. Et elle nous a dit que l'eau contenu dans le coca provenait des nappes phréatiques de l'inde, not that I think. J'ai juste était outragée. D'une, les américains pompent leur eau alors qu'ils sont en manque et de plus les gens se lavent dans l'eau des rivières, rivers, j'en passe. Ce n'est pas très hygiénique. So open your eyes on this infamous drink.

  • Le coca c'est mauvais pour la santé. You drink a bobbin, you drink 7 pieces of sugars. You find it normal, Not me. Normally you should be so écœurez that you should gerbez. Mais il mettent des produits dedans pour qu'on est l'impression qu'on se désaltère.

    Moi je n'en bois plus depuis presque 1 ans et je ne m'en porte pas plus mal. La vraie raison de pourquoi j'ai arrêter d'en boire est surtout la manière dont ils se procurent l'eau contenue dans le coca.

    Certain jus de fruit contienne plus de sucre que CocaCola n'en rajoute!
    10,6g per 100ml!! look away, c'est la moyenne de tous les jus de fruit 100%!
    Il n'y a donc pas plus de sucre dans un verre de coca, in a glass of Apple juice!!

    Make you account! dans une boite de 1Kg de sucre vous avez l'equivalent d'un Kg de sucre!! n'acheter plus de boite d'1Kg de sucre!

  • Certes beaucoup d'étude se tourne vers les méfaits du Cola. D'autres part, You should know that :

    - Most fruit juices are all as acidic as coca : jus d'orange par exemple (Ph 3.5), lemon juice (2.9)
    - Juices may be also very sweet (ex : Apple juice : 29g of carbohydrates per 250ml)
    - They can be poorly digested and, most importantly, ne contient pas autant de vitamine que l'on croit (the less juice bottled by trade). Vitamins degrades quickly (lights, températures...);
    - L'eau de robinet peut être elle également néfaste : heavy metal contamination (lead), chlore etc...

    Solutions exist :
    - Note that certain brand turns to the stevia ! C'est pas la solution miracle mais pourquoi pas.
    - Made your own drink : a home made lemonade - Perrier / a drop of lemon and an ice cube.
    - Buvez de l'eau de source. They are controlled (Microbio and physical) !
    - Du jus de légumes ;)
