    Ce commentaire ne s'adresse pas aux produits récoltés directement (fruits, vegetables, cereals etc.)
    but the soy preparations, and any other vegetable products.

Ceci est une tromperie pour les consommateurs qui croient que le label bio assure une sécurité complète et bien non car une cinquantaine d'additifs sont autorisés ainsi qu'un petit pourcentage d'OGM.

    Il serait souhaitable que les consommateurs apprennent à lire la composition de ce qu'ils mangent et qu'ils apprennent à reconnaître les bons et les mauvais additifs, d'ailleurs on devrait apprendre cela durant la scolarité car cette science restera utile durant toute la vie et évitera certaines pathologies. Je ne pense pas que l'enseignement mette cette science aux programmes avant bien des années voir même jamais et pour cause, l'argent passe avant la santé des populations c'est bien connu.
    Si je suis virulent contre tous ces produits de synthèse c'est que je les connais biens et que connais bien aussi leur effet sur l'organisme car j'ai travaillé sur ces produits. Le jour où on fabriquera un grain de blé synthétiquement et que ce grain de blé germera j'accepterai de revoir ma position mais ce n'est pas encore pour demain.
