Aspartame is used in the vast majority of low-fat products is, at first sight, a miraculous innovation. Après une consommation de cola sucré à l'aspartame durant de nombreuses années, j'avais des douleurs à la miction.... wanting to attempt to resolve this problem, j'ai décidé de modifier certaines habitudes alimentaires. J'ai d'abord cessé le cola avec ASPARTAME et en peu de temps, more pain on urination. :) So I think, qu'effectivement l'aspartame a des effets sur nitre santé . Je me considère chanceuse d'avoir décidé et ce, sans le savoir de cesser de consommer des colas contenant de l'aspartame. Voilà mon témoignage..... If it can help so much the better.
L'aspartame n'est pas dangereux pour la santé car nous en consommons de petites quantités. To exceed the threshold of "tolerance" il faudrait qu'un adulte de 60 kilos drink 33 cans of coca in 1 day.
